My mom and myself have been hooked on these hand creams since we visited Ireland 3 years ago. I recently bought my mom some new creams for her birthday. Shirley and Karin kept me updated on the order status the entire time, and it came earlier than I anticipated (I live in the states). They even threw in a little gift to support frontline workers.
